Sales Development Representative – Choate Agency

**** Sales Development Representative – Choate Agency ****
**For High Performers Who Want Ownership, Results & Residual Income**

This is not a traditional SDR role.
This is for people with a winner’s mindset who want to control their income, work a proven system, and build real residual commissions in life insurance.

At Choate Agency (powered by Symmetry Financial Group), we give high-accountability professionals exclusive warm leads, world-class training, and a clear path to six-figure+ income. We don’t cold call. We don’t hope. We execute.

### What You’ll Actually Do
- Work exclusive warm leads from our proprietary lead system (no cold calling)
- Qualify prospects quickly and professionally
- Run needs-based conversations and deliver high-converting presentations
- Nurture and close opportunities through a proven sales process
- Track activity and performance with precision
- Stay coachable, consistent, and focused on results
- Continuously improve by implementing feedback and refining your approach

### Who This Role Is Built For
We hire for mindset first. The strongest performers we bring on usually share these traits:

- Competitive and results-obsessed
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
- High personal standards and strong work ethic
- Comfortable taking ownership of their numbers
- Resilient and consistent under pressure
- Prefer residual income and control over a fixed salary ceiling

Prior sales experience is helpful. A degree is not required. What matters most is how you show up, how fast you learn, and how committed you are to winning.

### Compensation & Upside
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings and residual income.

Full-time Sales Development Representatives who consistently follow our system and leverage our lead platform typically earn between **$85,000 – $225,000+** per year. Results vary based on activity, coachability, and execution. There is no ceiling for top performers.

### Important Note on Results
No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and there is never a guarantee of results. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system, engagement with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work. Our team is here to support you, but you should always do your own diligence before making any decision and verify you are able to do the core activities required in this position. Success is your responsibility.

If you are the type of person who holds yourself to a higher standard, wants control over your income, and is ready to execute at a high level, we want to talk.
