Sales Development Professional - USA

CyberMSI is an MDR provider securing identities, data, endpoints, applications, and now AI agents. We run a 24x7, AI agentic+analyst-on-the-loop SOC, resolving cyberattacks with a 21-minute mean time to resolution, not just providing recommendations.

CyberMSI's newest managed AI Trust service built on Microsoft security ensures that an organization's AI usage is known, secure, continuously monitored, governed and compliant. Our AI Trust service cuts incidents 30-75% by securing agent exploits, identity sprawl, and data access.

We're hiring sales development professionals with experience in selling AI-focused MDR services to mid-market accounts of 300 to 3,000 employees. These are professionals who understand the difference between selling outcomes-based security services and reselling product licenses or seats.

This role is a prospecting-focused, quota-carrying role for proven MDR sellers ready to win new AI security business.

If you’re a sales professional ready for an opportunity in AI security to propel your career to the next level, we want to hear from you. Apply today!

What you’ll do:

• Prospect through cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to drive new leads.
• Apply social selling techniques to engage prospects with relevant content.
• Initiate conversations with IT directors, CISOs, and business leaders before a formal opportunity exists.
• Work closely with the company's leadership to deliver engaging, insightful sales presentations
• Conduct consultative discovery calls and solution demos to address security needs, rather than providing a features walkthrough.
• Represent CyberMSI at industry events, webinars, and Microsoft partner community activities to build referral relationships.
• Use HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other tools to manage sales pipeline.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience selling MDR services in the mid-market.
• Experience selling at a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), with fluency in the Microsoft security stack. Candidates whose Microsoft CSP background is limited to license renewal or seat expansion will not be a fit for this role.

• A proven track record of social selling to build pipeline, not simply to post updates.
• High levels of motivation and an urgency to meet aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• A bachelor’s degree.

What we’ll offer:

• A competitive base salary with uncapped commission and performance bonuses tied to closed revenue.
• Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, plus a 401(k).
• Remote work with no hybrid requirements.
• Flexible paid time off (PTO) to recharge and reset.
• Rapid career progression based on performance milestones, not time in seat.
