About the role
Termgrid is rewriting the rules of private capital markets. We built the category-defining operating system for deal professionals — the platform where the world's most sophisticated private equity sponsors, lenders, and advisors manage every stage of their financing workflows.
Founded in 2019 by Dipish Rai (Harvard MBA, IIT, Columbia; ex-Providence Equity) and Vishal Singh (Columbia MS CS; ex-CTO Link3D, acquired by Nasdaq: MTLS), Termgrid has achieved what few fintech companies dream of: 4 of the top 5 global private equity firms trust us as their core technology partner. 1600+ institutions. 30,000+ professionals.
About the Role
You will own the revenue engine end to end: the data, systems, and market intelligence that turn private equity accounts into pipeline and pipeline into revenue. This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own CRM architecture ([HubSpot]), pipeline hygiene, and deal workflows as the single source of truth.
- Build forecasting and pipeline reporting that leadership uses to make decisions.
- Find and fix leaks across the funnel, from first touch to closed deal.
- Design and ship enrichment, scoring, and outreach workflows using Clay, n8n, Make, or similar tools.
- Connect the GTM stack so data moves cleanly between CRM, enrichment, and engagement tools.
- Replace manual research and data work with scalable, automated systems.
- Segment PE firms by fund size, strategy, sector, and geography to prioritize accounts.
- Map buying committees across deal teams, finance, and portfolio operations.
- Build signal-based prospecting from fundraises, new deals and debt maturities.
- Turn research into persona, channel, and messaging plays for Sales.
