About Us
Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact.
We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem.
Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work.
At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and act as a broad, senior partner to our revenue organization. You'll set and execute the strategy for how we build revenue analytics across Salesforce and Looker, run insights that shape how revenue leadership sees the business, partner closely with revenue leadership on the full range of topics they face, and, as you ramp up, take on growing ownership of the forecasting cadence alongside the Director of Revenue Operations.
This is a generalist role by design: analytics is the foundation, especially in your first two quarters, and the role broadens from there to include business partnering and forecasting. What matters most is the versatility to move across all three, not depth in any single one.
First 90 days: Scope the revenue analytics strategy and build the core dashboards.
First 180 days: Build a highly automated revenue insights engine using AI, while establishing yourself as the business partner revenue leadership.
First 12 months: Broaden into leading and supporting the forecasting cadence.
Revenue Analytics & Insights
Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to define the revenue analytics strategy: what we need to build across Salesforce and Looker, and in what order.
Map the current reporting landscape — what exists, what's trusted, what's duplicated or out of date — and use that map to shape the build plan.
Own execution of that plan: build and maintain the core dashboards and reports that revenue leadership and the wider revenue leadership team rely on.
Launch and run a recurring insights digest for revenue leaders, turning dashboards and data into a clear narrative — what changed, why it matters, what to do about it.
Bring a point of view on what's worth building versus what's noise, and be willing to push back on requests that don't earn their keep.
Business Partnership to Revenue leadership
Become the go-to Revenue Operations partner for revenue leadership, covering reporting, insights, and the broader range of topics that come up in running a sales organization.
Translate revenue leadership's open questions into structured analysis and clear, actionable recommendations.
Represent revenue's priorities into the Revenue Operations roadmap, and vice versa.
Support revenue leaders in business reviews, planning moments, and ad hoc requests with credible, fast turnaround.
Forecasting
Run the forecasting cadence with sales leaders alongside the Director of Revenue Operations — forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and accuracy tracking.
Build and refine forecasting models based on pipeline, productivity, and historical conversion.
Conduct strategic analyses to determine forecasting trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
5+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology company operating at a global or European level.
Exposure to Account Executive (AE) or similarly quota-carrying organization.
Strong Salesforce reporting skills and working fluency in a BI tool (Looker or equivalent), with a practical, business-first approach to data.
A genuine generalist mindset — as comfortable building a dashboard or an insights report, as running a forecasting call.
A track record of setting direction and quality bar for analytical work.
Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to work with and influence sales leadership and revenue executives.
Comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end: framing the question, choosing the method, landing the recommendation.
Excellent written communication — the insights digest is a core, ongoing deliverable of this role.
Experience partnering with global or multi-region teams is a plus.
Receive competitive compensation and equity ownership in Perk.
Rest and recharge with our generous allocation of vacation days plus public holidays.
Take control of your physical health with your choice of private healthcare or a gym allowance.
Know that your loved ones are protected financially through your Life Insurance if the worst were to happen.
Join our unforgettable Perk events, including our spectacular annual summer party.
Always feel supported with Spring Health, our market-leading wellbeing partner, providing fast, comprehensive access to 12x therapy and 12x coaching sessions for you and your loved ones.

Focus on your family with 17 weeks' paid parental leave during your child's first year.
Contribute to your community with 16 paid hours per year to spend volunteering for your dearest charitable causes.
Broaden your horizons with up to 20 "Work from Anywhere" days per year.
Nurture your language skills with real-life English, Spanish, and Catalan lessons.
Follow your passions and take a four-week, fully paid sabbatical once you reach 5 years.
Let us help you move to one of our hubs with relocation support.
AI at Perk
AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
How We Work
