Revenue Operations Manager

About us:

Founded by former Google search engineers with PhDs in AI from ETH Zurich, DeepJudge helps legal teams unlock and apply the knowledge inside their organizations through world-class enterprise search and AI infrastructure – enabling them to automate workflows, build knowledge-powered applications, and turn institutional knowledge into a lasting advantage.

Every organization can license the same AI models, but no two organizations share the same institutional knowledge. Decades of experience, work product, and precedent are often fragmented across systems, underused, and inaccessible. DeepJudge makes this expertise instantly available and actionable – helping legal teams find the right information faster, surface relevant knowledge, and apply it where it matters most.

Our platform is trusted by many of the world’s leading law firms and legal teams, including Holland & Knight, Gunderson Dettmer, Cozen O’Connor, ArentFox Schiff, CMS Switzerland, Schoenherr, and others.

Headquartered in Switzerland with a growing team across North America and Europe, DeepJudge is shaping the future of how professional knowledge is discovered and applied.

At DeepJudge, we move with urgency, think rigorously, and work closely with our clients to build products that solve meaningful problems. If you want to help define how AI transforms professional knowledge work, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen the systems that power our go-to-market teams.

This is a builder role for someone who can design, implement, and own the processes, workflows, automations, and data architecture that accelerate how we find, engage, win, onboard, retain, and expand customers at scale. You will partner across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnership to turn fragmented systems and manual work into a high-leverage GTM engine.

If you naturally think: “This should be an automated system, not a spreadsheet.” …you’ll likely be a strong fit. We would love to connect with you about enabling our rapidly growing revenue team. You will play a key role in increasing internal efficiency and productivity to support the team in creating the best customer experience, and in driving commercial success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• CRM and revenue tech stack architecture

  • Own end-to-end CRM administration as the single source of truth for revenue activities

  • Manage the design, configuration, and roadmap of a connected revenue tech stack

  • Set and enforce data governance standards: field hygiene, deduplication, permissions, and ongoing data-quality monitoring

• Automation and data foundation

  • Automate and enrich the manual layer with workflows and LLMs

  • Build and maintain operational dashboards (recurring KPIs, data hygiene, system adoption)

  • Advise with thought leadership on which tooling we procure next as we scale

• Cross-functional partnership and enablement

  • Operational business partner to GTM leadership

  • Drive systems and process adoption across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnership teams through training and enablement

  • Act as first point of contact for revenue system support tickets

What success looks like in 12 months:

• GTM signals are consistently translated into actionable workflows

• Sellers and customer-facing teams spend materially less time on manual admin and prep

• Critical revenue systems are connected, key workflows are AI-assisted or fully automated

• Leadership has a real-time view into pipeline, conversion, execution, and customer health

You're a great fit if you:

• 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS hypergrowth environment

• Deep hands-on expertise in CRM administration (HubSpot/Salesforce)

• Proven track record building revenue systems, processes, and data flows from scratch

• Persistent problem-solver at your core

• Sharp entrepreneurial instincts and analytical mindset

• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management

What you can look forward to:

• Taking full ownership of high-leverage systems and delivering work that directly impacts pipeline, productivity, and revenue

• Helping shape how a category-defining AI company builds and scales its go-to-market engine from the ground up

• A competitive compensation and equity package that reflects the leverage and strategic importance of the role

At DeepJudge, we believe great teams are built on diverse perspectives and experiences. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can thrive. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

If this role excites you, but you feel you don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway and tell us why you’d be a great fit.
