Revenue Development Manager

The role

We're seeking a Revenue Development Manager to help design, execute, and scale Mentimeter's revenue strategy and go-to-market planning. Operating at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, you'll shape our revenue initiatives, drive planning cycles in close collaboration with revenue leadership, and lead high-impact commercial bets.

You are obsessed with big growth opportunities, always on the hunt for new ways to make money and unafraid to take initiative to make it happen. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to evaluate GTM performance, uncover new growth levers, and ensure our strategies turn into measurable results. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Development, you'll play a key role in ensuring our commercial teams are guided by clear plans, bold goals, and innovative approaches to growth.

What you’ll do (together with the team)

• Revenue Strategy: Maintain and update frameworks and segmentation models that create clarity and support decision-making across GTM motions.
• Tactical Planning & Budget: Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, drive topline budget processes, identifying growth opportunities, target setting, and commercial initiative design in collaboration with Analytics and Revenue leaders.
• Pricing & Packaging: Own tactical pricing (list prices, FX, Indexation, etc) across Self Service and Sales assisted motions and help evaluate strategic shifts to Mentimeter's business model and packaging, such as our current work moving beyond seat-based pricing.
• Revenue Initiatives: Project lead cross-functional projects and strategic bets that require dedicated focus, from evaluating new tools and AI approaches to piloting innovative GTM models.
• Insights & Evaluation: Partner with Analytics to measure GTM performance, evaluate ROI, and provide recommendations that shape our investment decisions.

What you bring

• 4+ years combining analytical rigor with hands-on operating work, management consulting/banking into an operator role, or an equivalent path
• A great, direct communicator, strong in storytelling, slides and analytics, preferably a MBB/ top-tier strategy consulting background
• Strong analytics fluency: comfortable working with numbers, understanding a metric tree end-to-end and translating insights into recommendations.
• Operating judgment across altitudes: seamlessly move from a leadership decision meeting to an in-the-weeds implementation call without missing a beat.
• Executive presence and backbone: you build trust fast and drive outcomes through influence in rooms with revenue leaders, VPs and CXOs.
• A builder's mindset: you create the structure, you don't wait for someone else to give it to you, you treat "can we automate this with AI?" as the first question, given possibilities with AI and headcount being the binding constraint.

Strong candidates may also have

• Worked with optimizing SaaS pricing and packaging
• Built an operating model, planning cadence, or GTM framework from scratch at a fast growing company
• Deep understanding of PLG/PLS business models and metrics

Why this role matters

This role is pivotal in making sure Mentimeter's GTM strategy is not just designed but executed effectively. By combining strategic frameworks with data-driven insights and strong collaboration, you'll help drive Mentimeter's growth.
