Remote Sales Representative

American Income/Globe Life provides insurance and supplemental benefit solutions that help individuals, families, and eligible members better understand their coverage options. Our work is centered on making benefits conversations clear, helpful, and approachable so people can make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.

In this role, you will speak with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in learning more about their options. It is a relationship-focused sales opportunity for someone who is comfortable building trust, guiding conversations with confidence, and helping people navigate important decisions with clarity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Talk with clients on the phone using warm leads.
• Meet with families virtually over Zoom.
• Communicate with clients about the benefits they requested and their financial security.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Located in an eligible U.S. state outside New York, California, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
• Available to work evenings.
• Have a home office setup with reliable internet, a desk or dedicated workspace, and a laptop or computer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in restaurant work, sales, communication, or management.
• Prior insurance or benefits experience.
• Experience in customer-facing communication over phone or video.
• Fluent in another language.
• Available to work some weekends.
