About the role
Location: Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria (Remote)
Start Date: By 31st March 2025
Working Hours: 08:00 - 21:00, Monday to Friday (Rotational shifts)
Training: 6 weeks (2 weeks product training + 4 weeks shadowing)
Full-time work, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Weekends fixed off!
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical customer support in German and English via phone and email
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving log-in issues on HR software
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure a positive client experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical cases
Your Profile
- Fluent in German (C1+) and English (B2+)
- Currently located in Bulgaria (no relocation is provided)
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Residence card in Bulgaria OR a EU member state passport
