Registered Nurse - Hospice - PRN

Job Description​Looking for a rewarding nursing career? We are seeking a PRN Day RN - Case Manager to provide routine home care visits and complete admissions while delivering compassionate, high-quality care!

• PRN Day 8a-5p
• Will manage a case load of patients
• RN MO or KS or Compact required
• BLS required
• Driver's License required
• Flexibility a must

The Opportunity

This position will perform admissions, routine home visits, and inpatient hospital visits as needed. Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Is responsible for delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Is responsible for coordinating the care for a group of patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated. Provides nursing care in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Driver's License - Various, Family Care Safety Registry - Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services, Registered Nurse - Various

Associate Degree
