- Achieve regional revenue and profitability targets
- Expand dealer and distribution networks
- Build relationships with key distributors and enterprise customers

Requirements
- Strong leadership and business development skills

- Excellent commercial and analytical acumen
- Ability to build and scale sales teams
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in Energy, Battery, EV Battery, Lithium Battery or similar sectors preferred
