About the role
Hello from the Career Services Team at The Event Academy!
At The Event Academy, we specialise in preparing graduates who are not only trained but work-ready. Through our immersive learning model, students gain hands-on experience at high-profile events such as The BRIT Awards, London Fashion Week, Secret Cinema, and Henley Royal Regatta.
We receive a steady flow of exciting job opportunities from trusted employer partners who value the quality of our training and the professionalism of our graduates. Most roles are UK-based, but we do occasionally receive international opportunities and welcome global partnerships.
How we support your recruitment needs:
Access to a curated Jobs Board featuring hand-picked, vetted candidates
Graduates with real-world experience through placements, paid work, and volunteering
Flexible support for short-term staffing, longer placements, or full-time hires
If you're hiring and want to connect with motivated, well-prepared talent, we’d love to hear from you. Simply share your vacancy or upcoming needs, and we’ll match you with candidates who are ready to make an impact.
For international clients or those interested in bespoke recruitment support, feel free to get in touch—we’re always open to new collaborations.
Let’s shape the future of the events industry together.
Costs
It's completely free to list your job on The Event Academy's internal jobs board, giving you access to our talented pool of graduates and students. If you successfully hire a candidate through our network, we charge a negotiablerecruitment fee based on the gross annual salary, an affordable, transparent rate that directly supports our Student Bursary Fund. By working with us, you're not only hiring exceptional emerging talent, you're also helping to widen access and opportunity across the events industry.
Next Steps
Please let our Career Services Team know if it would be helpful to have a quick chat to run through any details that you would like specific clarity on, and send us your job description.
Feel free to forward this to the relevant person at your organisation.
We look forward to working with you.
