Real-World Data Associate

About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

• Help monitor RWD collection and completion, flagging data discrepancies or missing data for follow-up.

• Perform basic data validation, cleaning and quality-control tasks in electronic data capture systems.

• Follow relevant regulatory requirements, internal procedures and ICH-GCP principles in all RWD study activities.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of SOPs, templates and study documentation for RWD projects.

• Work under the guidance of more senior team members, collaborating closely with colleagues across the team and other relevant functions.

What you bring to the table:

• A bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, biomedical sciences or another relevant scientific field.

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Management or Clinical Research (e.g. an internship, traineeship or first role).

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities and follow through on commitments.

• Familiarity with, or a strong interest in learning, electronic data capture systems and structured clinical or real-world data.

• A basic understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, or the motivation to develop it quickly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Close attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Eagerness to learn and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

What Success looks like in the first 6 months:
