Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 3 years of professional experience in manual QA or software testing.
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices, including functional, regression, exploratory, and compatibility testing.
Hands-on experience testing across multiple device types, including iOS and Android smartphones, tablets, and AR headsets such as HoloLens or Magic Leap.
Strong ability to identify, investigate, and clearly document bugs, inconsistencies, and unexpected behavior.
Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, scripts, and quality standards.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
