• Experience delivering software solutions used within pathology laboratories.

• Experience managing healthcare software projects within acute trusts, pathology networks, or diagnostic services.

• Previous experience working in pathology services, laboratory operations, or healthcare delivery before moving into project management would be advantageous.

• Experience engaging with pathology managers, laboratory managers, clinicians, and healthcare stakeholders.

• Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar generative AI tools to support project management activities, including planning, reporting, risk management, documentation, and delivery management.

• Experience incorporating AI-assisted workflows into project delivery, governance, reporting, or operational processes.

• Knowledge of Clinisys solutions would be beneficial but is not essential.
