About the Team
You will join a highly dedicated and collaborative team working at the heart of our engineering and operations organization. The team brings together great people who care deeply about moving complex programs forward and supporting each other in delivering against ambitious goals.
Your Mission
As a Project Management Intern, you are the "connective tissue" of our engineering and operations teams. Your mission is to support the Program Management Office (PMO) in making complex hardware and software programs move faster.
This is not a "coffee-fetching" internship. You will be at the organizational core of strategic defense programs, helping to translate engineering chaos into structured progress. You will support our Senior Program Managers in tracking milestones, unblocking engineers, and ensuring that communication flows smoothly across the company. This role is a testing ground: we are looking for high-potential talent who can prove themselves during this internship and transition into a permanent Junior Project Manager role.
