This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative, and client-focused professional who is comfortable working across multiple teams, presenting to stakeholders, and managing competing priorities with limited direction.

What you will do in this role:

In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.

• Manage end-to-end execution of automotive marketing campaigns and client projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, forecasts, status reports, and project documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Development, Analytics, QA, Production, Client Success, technology teams, and vendor partners
• Facilitate client and internal stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and document business objectives
• Create and deliver clear, polished PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and client-facing discussions
• Monitor project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating when appropriate
• Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and client expectations
• Support estimates, statements of work, billing requirements, and project financial tracking
• Track project performance against key success measures, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, client satisfaction, quality, and stakeholder communication
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, confidentiality, and issue resolution
• Work independently with minimal direction while keeping teams aligned, informed, and accountable
• Support one or multiple client accounts depending on business needs and skill set
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, sound judgment, and an open-minded approach
• Travel locally for client visits as needed, up to 10% or less
