The Program Manager may be assigned to one or more projects depending on the needs of the Division.
Key competencies of the role include relationship building and effective communications with partners and interest holders, planning and overseeing new program design to ensure it addresses learning needs of health care practitioners, developing funding proposals, reports, and contracts, developing and actioning work plans, leading committees and working groups, overseeing project operations including program finances and budgets, planning human resources and optimizing team performance, and leading research and evaluation activities within assigned projects.
