As part of a globally distributed and fast-moving team, you will have significant influence over a product operating at the intersection of gaming, creator marketing, and technology.
This is an ideal opportunity for a product professional who enjoys ambiguity, customer interaction, and turning real-world insights into shipped products.
Conduct ongoing customer research with both game publishers and content creators to understand their goals, challenges, behaviors, and evolving needs.

Define, monitor, and interpret product metrics that demonstrate marketplace performance and customer value.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product performance and inform future roadmap decisions.
Serve as a central point of communication for product initiatives, keeping internal stakeholders informed about customer insights, project progress, releases, and product direction.
Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure teams understand upcoming product changes and their implications for customers and partners.
3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a track record of shipping software alongside dedicated Engineering teams.
Strong customer discovery skills and a demonstrated ability to turn customer conversations into actionable product insights.
Experience working with products serving multiple user groups, with the ability to balance competing needs and design solutions that create value across an ecosystem.
Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing clear product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and other product documentation.
Strong day-to-day collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, and QA teams, including experience managing backlogs and coordinating work in Jira.
Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to act as a reliable product resource for stakeholders across an organization.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment where priorities and requirements may evolve.
Good understanding of video game marketing, including user acquisition, community development, influencer campaigns, or related growth strategies.
Familiarity with creator platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Kick, including creator analytics, audience development, and monetization models.
Experience with two-sided marketplaces or platform products is a strong advantage.
Experience with revenue-share, performance-based, or other partner commercial models is a plus.
Familiarity with campaign attribution, tracking links, conversion measurement, or marketing performance analytics is beneficial.
Comfort working with data and using analytics tools to investigate product performance and support decision-making.
Competitive compensation, with the advertised U.S. salary range of $90,000–$125,000 USD annually; compensation for Canada and other locations is determined according to location and experience.
Fully remote work opportunity, with the role open to candidates globally.
