Product Manager Global Trade Solutions

The ideal candidate for this role will have: Relevant product knowledge of GTS products, strong understanding of Core Trade Products and Trade Loans. Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. Wholesale (Commercial Banking/ Global Banking) Desire past working experience (>3 years) in a similar role, i.e. Product management Strong understanding of all end-to end aspects related to GTS product, i.e risk, operations, legal, compliance, etc. A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way Experience of supporting others' performance, enabling them to achieve by providing clear direction, motivation and support Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered Proven ability to build successful working relationships with key internal stakeholders - e.g. Risk, Operations, Compliance, FCC, etc. Spoken/ Written English is required Proven ability to navigate and implement inside a cross functional and matrix organizational model Strong team lead, who is comfortable working on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse. The base location for this role is Mexico, City.
