The Mission

As the Product Manager CTV, you own Connected TV (CTV) monetization on Meetscale, our SSP (Supply-Side Platform). You define every rule of the CTV channel: how publisher inventory enters Meetscale, how it is auctioned, and how its yield is optimized. You report to the VP Product.

Your mission: make Meetscale the reference platform to sell our publishers’ CTV inventory, and sell every impression at its true value.

Your key responsibilities

1. Meetscale CTV Vision & Roadmap

• Build and own the Meetscale CTV roadmap from Sparteo’s strategic objectives, on both revenue and margin.

• Understand the needs of CTV publishers and buyers, and challenge every request before it goes on the roadmap.

• Drive product success: set the channel KPIs, track progress against objectives, and adjust the roadmap based on results.

2. Maximize CTV Inventory

• Make CTV inventory activation on Meetscale simple and fast.

• Guarantee the quality and relevance of the traffic.

• Make sure Meetscale and its partners can monetize the inventory: supply chain (schain), consent, compliance with buyer requirements.

• Protect the inventory and the buyers: fraud, invalid traffic, malicious or unwanted ads.

3. Auction & Yield Optimization

• Own the CTV specifics of the auction in the Meetscale SSP: ad pod construction, VAST compliance, bid request enrichment.

• Identify auction optimization opportunities and validate them with A/B tests.

• Control the cost of every bid request, so that revenue growth also improves margin.

• Grow CTV demand, working closely with the Demand team to activate new partners.

4. Delivery & Impact

• Drive delivery with engineering, from design to production.

• Prepare the adoption of every release: train and equip the Supply, Sales and Customer Success teams, and support activation with publishers.

• Measure the real impact of every release. Success is measured in revenue, not in features shipped.

Your profile for this job

We are looking for a CTV monetization expert with concrete results. You did not build a viewing experience: you sold CTV inventory and grew its revenue.

• Product & CTV Monetization Expertise: 5+ years of product management in ad tech, with concrete, measurable results on sell-side CTV monetization (SSP, ad server, exchange). You have owned a product from roadmap to delivery.

• Programmatic Mastery: OpenRTB, VAST and VMAP, ad pods, Prebid Server, floor prices, supply path, schain, app-ads.txt and sellers.json.

• Ownership: You organize an ambiguous scope from objectives alone, and you are the sole owner of the result.

• Impact-Driven: You track what you ship, monitor the results, and use data as the basis for every decision.

• AI Every Day: You use an AI assistant such as Claude every day, and you have already built skills and agentic workflows in your PM work.

• Technical Literacy: You do not code, but you speak engineering’s language.

• Communication: You make complex topics accessible. Fluent English; French is a plus.

Your mindset to share our adventure

• 🚀 You want to make an impact and move things forward collectively, building on what works and questioning what can be improved.

• 🧠 You solve problems pragmatically and analytically.

• ⚡ You’re looking for a fast-moving environment where your agility will be an asset. The 80-20 (Pareto) principle holds no secrets for you.

• 🎧 Your ability to listen encourages you to challenge and improve yourself on an ongoing basis.
