The role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, Data, Marketing, and Growth teams in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
You will help develop personalized learning experiences, AI coaching, adaptive journeys, and engagement loops that deliver both stronger learning outcomes and business performance.
This opportunity is ideal for a product leader who combines strong consumer empathy with analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and a strong sense of ownership.
Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end B2C product experience, including onboarding, assessment, learning, practice, AI coaching, subscription, and long-term engagement.
- Design experiences that turn new users into activated learners and help them quickly understand and experience the product's value.
- Build and optimize engagement loops and learning habits that encourage consistent long-term usage.
- Own and monitor key consumer product metrics, including activation, DAU/WAU, engagement, retention, conversion, subscription revenue, churn, and LTV.
- Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to optimize acquisition-to-conversion funnels and identify opportunities to improve trial and subscription conversion.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop personalized learning paths, recommendations, AI coaching, and adaptive learning experiences.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify user pain points, understand drop-off points, and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation across onboarding, learning journeys, engagement mechanics, paywalls, subscription flows, and other critical product surfaces.
- Define and maintain a clear product roadmap based on user needs, behavioral data, experimentation results, and commercial priorities.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, and Growth teams throughout discovery, development, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Establish product success metrics and evaluate whether new features produce measurable improvements in user behavior, learning outcomes, and business performance.
- Act as the voice of the consumer by synthesizing user research, reviews, support feedback, behavioral data, and market trends into actionable product decisions.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, progress, and results clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience within B2C digital products, consumer applications, SaaS, EdTech, subscription businesses, or other high-scale consumer experiences.
- Demonstrated success owning products with measurable impact on user growth, engagement, retention, conversion, monetization, or other key business outcomes.
- Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, or comparable tools.
- Strong understanding of consumer product funnels, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, churn, and LTV.
- Proven experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments.
- Experience developing products involving personalization, recommendations, behavioral data, or adaptive user experiences.
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate user problems and insights into clear product opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate strategy, priorities, and trade-offs effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- High ownership mentality, with a focus on measurable product outcomes rather than simply delivering features.
- Experience with consumer subscription products, freemium models, or mobile applications is strongly preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, language learning, AI-powered consumer products, or productivity applications is an advantage.
- Experience with growth product management, including onboarding, paywalls, pricing, conversion optimization, retention, and lifecycle engagement is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with mobile product development across iOS and Android.
- Experience with experimentation and analytics platforms such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or GA4.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics, including conversion, churn, retention cohorts, ARPU, CAC, and LTV.
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered consumer experiences, including LLMs, personalization, recommendation systems, or conversational AI.
- Python knowledge for data analysis, transformations, or API interactions is a plus.
- Familiarity with technologies such as LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM orchestration frameworks is an advantage.
Benefits:
- Fully remote working opportunity based in India.
- Opportunity to shape a consumer product used by millions of learners across global markets.
- Work at the intersection of consumer product management, AI, speech technology, personalization, and learning.
- Direct influence on major growth and revenue metrics, including engagement, retention, subscription conversion, and LTV.
- Opportunity to work on AI-native product experiences involving personalization, adaptive learning, recommendations, and conversational technologies.
- Fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment where product decisions can reach users quickly and be iterated based on real-world data.
- Collaboration with a globally distributed team across Asia, North America, Europe, and Latin America.
- Opportunity to work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, Growth, and Marketing teams.
- Product leadership environment focused on structured decision-making, rapid execution, and professional growth.
- Comprehensive employee well-being benefits.
