About Klir
Water is arguably the most important resource in the world and yet the industry is notoriously slow at innovating and adopting new technologies that allow them to easily automate endless hours of non-productive admin work from skilled workers. The cost of water is rising as an aging workforce is unable to adapt and multi-million dollar infrastructure decisions are being made without the best data. Our mission is aboutmaking water better, and it starts with the professionals at the nexus of all water decisions in a community. Klir will be the operating system for water and we have started on that journey by building the first work enablement platform for water. It’s designed to reduce the burden of administration so the experts can dedicate their precious time to solving a critical problem for our species.
Founded originally in Dublin, Ireland in 2018, Klir is a US Headquartered company with offices in the US, Canada and Ireland. Klir is a remote first company and is one of the fastest growing, profitable SaaS companies in the water industry. We are venture backed by some of the highest profile and most reputable funds including Insight Partners, Bowery Capital & Spider Capital.
Are you a Product Designer that has a passion for creating intuitive features that solve problems for your target users? Does the idea of building the features that aim to delight our customers excite you?
We’re looking for an experienced Product Design Lead who will have the chance to lead the design process at Klir and help build, coach, and mentor a quickly growing and highly skilled group of designers. Do you feel you would like to join in our mission of making water better by constantly driving value to our customers and converting our users to be evangelists of Klir?
We have the deep industry knowledge, a world class product roadmap, the vision and strategy to transform a critically important industry, as well as some high-profile customers that rave about Klir being the best product they have ever experienced. We need you to help in the continued build out of the Klir platform to ensure we continue to deliver a world-class customer experience as we continue to scale.
As our Product Design Lead, you will report into the Director of Product and work in close partnership with other designers and all verticals in the company. You will work within an Agile development team to build an enterprise grade solution which accurately reflects the requirements of a wide range of users across multiple Klir implementations. You will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure associated with a product in a way that is attractive and convenient for users.
Your job as Product Design Lead is critical to our product success and direction. Are you keen to take on that challenge?
