On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews.

- Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking, ensuring compliance with local and federal law.

- Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews for all departing employees.

- Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization.

- Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention.

- Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and state compliance projects.

- Craft corporate communications that land clearly across all levels of the organization.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who live our core values every day, you will have the opportunity to shape the employee experience for a fast-growing team. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.
