Objetivo General
Generar, automatizar y analizar indicadores clave de talento (KPIs) que permitan una toma de decisiones estratégica en temas de compensación, desarrollo organizacional y salida de personal. Será responsable del diseño de dashboards ejecutivos en Power BI y del uso de herramientas analíticas, incluyendo modelos predictivos básicos con inteligencia artificial, para proyectar tendencias y apoyar la mejora continua en la gestión de personas.
