Partner GTM Lead, Agentic CRM

monday.com is the AI work platform powering the most ambitious teams. 250,000+ customers across departments use us to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform where AI doesn't just assist, it executes. We move fast, build things that matter, and foster an ownership-driven culture where you're empowered to shape how organisations work and outpace their competition.

monday.com is looking for a Go-To-Market Leader to own monday agentic CRM's channel partner strategy across EMEA, based in London. You will take ownership of our go-to-market strategy, focusing on building successful market penetration through a differentiated partner-led motion. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is ready to make a regional impact on our channel strategy.

You're a driven leader seeking meaningful achievements in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Head of Global GTM for monday CRM and work closely with your CRM Partner counterpart in North America. You're a builder who thrives at the intersection of product, GTM, marketing, partnerships, and sales.

You will lead the charge in positioning monday CRM as a competitive player in the CRM space by attracting and activating AI-native implementation partners and other strategic partners. You'll craft partner messaging, own competitive differentiation, and develop sales enablement tools that drive both customer acquisition and expansion.

With over 50,000 customers in less than three years since launch, monday CRM is the fastest-growing CRM in the world, challenging the top players with a fresh, innovative approach, including a purpose-built agentic workflow layer for modern revenue teams.
