Paid Media Buyer (Meta-First Performance Marketing)
Remote | Philippines
Part-Time (~20 hrs/week)
PHP 30,000 - 45,000
8PM -12 AM PHT | Long-Term Remote Role
If you’re a high-performing performance marketer who thrives on data-driven campaign management, first-party purchase attribution, and working with a leading multi-brand commerce platform that values individual ownership over simple task execution — keep reading.
This isn’t a role for a "button pusher" waiting for step-by-step campaign instructions.
This is a focused, outcome-driven position where you’ll own campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, and CTV, lead testing strategy, and use real purchase-level attribution to maximize ad spend efficiency.
Why This Is a Dream Job
You’ll be working directly with the founder of a fast-growing, USA-based commerce platform who:
Champions Innovation:Integrates proprietary first-party commerce and attribution tools (Rounds/AlcPay) that give you access to real revenue data beyond platform-reported proxies.
Values Your Growth:Offers a scalable part-time engagement (~20 hrs/week) with a clear path to expand scope and hours as managed spend grows beyond20K–50K/month.
Respects Your Expertise:Focuses on business objectives and strategic clarity rather than micromanaging your day-to-day campaign setups.
Builds Stability:Has a strong culture of partnering with top Filipino professionals for long-term team expansion.
You’ll get career transformation, high-level portfolio variety across 5–10 active brands, and the freedom to lead paid media strategy — without being stuck in a junior coordinator role.
What You’ll Be Owning This is a core hands-on operator role covering campaign architecture, audience targeting, budget allocation, and cross-platform performance optimization. You aren't just launching ads; you are managing a multi-brand, multi-market portfolio—mastering audience segmentation, structured testing, attribution reconciliation, and creative performance analysis to drive scalable revenue.
You’ll take the lead on:
Strategic Campaign Execution:Structuring, launching, and managing Meta (primary) and TikTok/CTV (secondary) campaigns across 5–10 concurrent brand accounts.
Dynamic Media Support:Balancing immediate account optimizations across active campaigns while continuously planning structured test cycles for new market expansions.
Attribution Guardianship:Reconciling in-platform ad manager reporting against GA4 and first-party purchase data to ensure 100% budget accountability.
Creative Performance Analysis:Reading creative performance metrics to deliver actionable hook, angle, and format recommendations to internal creators and brand partners.
Testing & Optimization:Running continuous structured tests across ad sets, placements, and creative variations to lower CPA and boost ROAS.
End-to-End Account Ownership:Overseeing paid campaigns from objective setup through budget pacing and founder-level performance reporting.
Requirements
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
Are a Meta-First Media Specialist:Your primary hands-on experience and recent hours-on-keyboard are in Meta Ads Manager, supplemented by TikTok Ads and CTV platform familiarity.
Are a Multi-Brand Operator:You easily handle 5–10 concurrent accounts or localized market campaigns without losing accuracy or performance quality.
Are an Attribution-Driven Marketer:You understand the difference between platform metrics and actual purchase data and know how to optimize using first-party attribution.
Have 2–3+ years of experiencein paid media, performance marketing, or e-commerce campaign management.
Are High-Accountability:You don't need to be chased for updates. You own your campaign pacing, communicate proactively, and manage priorities asynchronously.
Communicate with elite fluencyand professional confidence during live syncs.
What Success Looks Like
After 60–90 Days:
The Portfolio is Seamless:You have fully onboarded, taken over day-to-day management of 5–10 brand campaigns on Meta, and maintained spend pacing without disruption.
Testing is Systematic:You are effortlessly running structured testing cycles across Meta and TikTok, delivering clear data-backed creative briefs to partner teams.
Impact is Measured:Campaign reporting is fully reconciled against first-party purchase attribution and GA4, giving full clarity on real revenue impact.
Trust is Earned:The founder relies on your independent recommendations for new brand launches, budget allocations, and market expansions.
Final Word If you’ve ever thought: "I am a world-class paid media buyer who can translate numbers into growth strategy—I just want a partner who provides first-party data, real autonomy, and values my execution depth," this is that role.
Let’s build long-term success — together.
