Outbound Sales Development Representative (BBS874)

We're looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a fast-moving B2B sales intelligence platform. You will prospect into SMB and mid-market accounts, conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team. You will also use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow to research accounts, personalize outreach, and move faster than a traditional SDR.

This is a high-activity, execution-driven role with a clear playbook and defined metrics. If you are a confident communicator with strong English skills, know how to run a structured outbound motion, and use AI to work smarter rather than harder, this role is a strong fit.

Why You'll Want to Join

• You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
• Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
• Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
• 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
• This is a full-time role structured as 3 weekdays plus 2 weekend days; weekend availability is a core requirement and non-negotiable
• Weekend shifts rotate across Opener, Mid, and Closer shifts to provide 24-hour coverage; exact shift schedules are confirmed prior to start
• Work at the front end of the pipeline for a B2B platform with strong case studies and real customer traction
• High-ownership SDR role with direct impact on revenue and growth

What You'll Work On

Outbound Prospecting and Cold Outreach

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts
• Research and qualify prospects using the platform's intelligence tools and AI-assisted research
• Write clear, personalized cold outreach that generates responses without reading as spam
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a booked meeting

Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Track activity volume, response rates, and meeting conversion metrics consistently

AI-Enabled Outreach

• Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT daily to research accounts, draft personalized messaging, and improve outreach efficiency
• Continuously test and refine messaging based on response data and feedback from the sales team
• Stay current on AI tools that can improve prospecting speed and quality

Meeting Booking and Handoff

• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with full context and qualification notes
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up to keep prospects engaged through the handoff
• Ensure clean, accurate handoffs so the sales team walks into every call fully prepared

What You Bring

• Prior SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience with a track record of booking meetings
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills; this is a non-negotiable requirement for a phone and email-first role
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT as a daily part of your workflow for research, drafting, and outreach personalization
• Experience with CRM platforms for logging activity and managing pipeline
• Confident phone presence with the ability to handle objections and rejection without losing momentum
• Self-directed and disciplined with the ability to hit daily activity targets independently
• Available to work a schedule of 3 weekdays plus 2 weekend days including both Saturday and Sunday on a rotational shift basis; this is a hard requirement

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into SMB markets including verticals such as HVAC, dental, restaurants, or similar
• Familiarity with sales intelligence or data enrichment platforms
• Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar
• Background in B2B SaaS or GTM-adjacent roles

How to Apply

Please include:

1. Your updated resume
2. A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your outbound sales experience, and walking through how you use AI tools to research a prospect and personalize your outreach before a call

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you are a confident communicator, know how to run a structured outbound motion, use AI to move faster and work smarter, and are available to work weekends as part of your regular schedule, this role gives you the activity and the direct impact to do your best work.
