Role Overview:
Help get payment devices into the hands of merchants across Indonesia — one clean order at a time.
What you'll do:
- Move orders out the door, cleanly. You'll be the bridge between what merchants order and what ships — turning our order data into the format our warehouse partner needs, with zero room for mistakes.
- Own the inbound flow. When new devices arrive from suppliers, you're the person who logs them in, tracks every serial number, and keeps our records airtight from day one.
- Close the loop daily. Pull shipment data, confirm everything's updated in our system, and make sure no order quietly slips through the cracks.
- Be the connector. Work across Partnership, BD, Merchant Success, Marketing, and Product — plus our warehouse and 3PL partners over WhatsApp. Keep threads moving until issues are actually resolved.
- Help us through a big move. We're migrating warehouses. You'll be one of the steady hands making sure today's operations don't miss a beat while tomorrow's setup goes live.
What we're looking for:
- 2–4 years in operations, warehouse, e-commerce, fintech, payment ops, or admin/billing roles
- A track record of getting bulk data right the first time — you take pride in accuracy
- Strong spreadsheet skills you actually trust (VLOOKUP, pivots, conditional formatting, CSV processing)
- Solid written Indonesian; comfortable holding vendor and stakeholder conversations over email and WhatsApp
- The kind of person who closes loops — when you say you'll follow up, you do
- Ready to start immediately and commit through the contract
