Maintain the intended tone and voice while adapting for cultural differences and audience expectations.
Provide linguistic and cultural input in creative/narrative discussions when needed.
Coordinate with Localization PMs to meet timelines, manage deliverables, and maintain linguistic assets (glossaries, style guides, references).
Native-level proficiency in Portuguese or Russian (please specify in your application) and fluent English.
2+ years of professional experience in game localization for the relevant language pair(s).
Strong knowledge of target-market culture and the ability to localize creatively (not literal translation).

Excellent attention to detail and strong quality mindset.
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for gaming; familiarity with mobile gaming trends is a plus.
Degree in Translation/Linguistics or a related field is a plus.
