About the role
About WellQor:
WellQor is a patient centered, full-service psychological practice accessible online. We're a new model in care that marries the best of traditional and innovative approaches.
Unlike other online providers, our clinical therapists are one member of a team, collaborating with peers and a Clinical Director who is responsible for ensuring each patient is achieving the best possible outcomes. We're not a directory service, we're a full service psychology practice. Our clinicians enjoy the full support of a treatment team, and our patients benefit from the full attention of a robust clinical organization.
The WellQor organization was founded to serve the needs of specialized populations. WellQor serves the needs of mature adults, and Wellfam serves the needs of teens and adolescents. Our providers understand the unique situational issues and clinical mental health challenges of each population.
Our practice is growing rapidly, and we owe our success to a family-oriented culture that puts people first. As a new provider, expect to feel loved, appreciated, and supported in a way that’s truly unique to WellQor.
Your Role as a Remote Clinical Therapist:
At WellQor, you’ll help your clients overcome anxiety, deal with grief, forge better relationships with their families, and be the best versions of themselves. You’ll make a real, tangible difference in the lives of others, and feel good about the way you bring joy to the lives of others.
And you won’t have to do it alone. We follow a care-team treatment model, which means clinicians are assigned to teams which they can connect with and consult for advice, institutional knowledge, and continued feedback. Clinicians collaborate with our Clinical Directors to develop treatment plans and obtain valuable feedback to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
You will define your own availability, make your own schedules, and work according to your lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part time, and others carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands, we’re here to meet you where you’re at.
