What Success looks like

You’ll be successful in this role when you understand the customer problem behind the request, not just the requested feature. You’ll bring clarity to competing priorities, build strong partnerships across teams, use data and customer insight to make thoughtful decisions, and consistently move products from idea to measurable customer and business value.
