At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you detail-oriented, a great communicator, and excited to work in a fast-paced tech environment? Do you want to play a key role in supporting local businesses while being part of one of the Nordics' most dynamic tech companies? Then you might be the person we’re looking for!
Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for our food and retail delivery platform, connecting customers with great restaurants and stores in over 30 countries. As we grow, we’re strengthening our local teams to ensure every partner on the Wolt platform gets the support and tools they need to thrive. Join us in shaping the future of local commerce in Sweden!
As Wolt Sweden continues to scale, we’re looking for a Merchant Services Associate to join our local team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our merchant partners—from small cafes to major retail chains—get the guidance, support, and insights needed to succeed on the Wolt platform.
You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for our partners, helping them onboard, operate smoothly, and continually improve their performance. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and making a tangible impact, this could be the perfect fit.
