Job Description
Are you a curious individual who is passionate about the continuously evolving media landscape? Do you see ads and ask yourself why and how they showed up there? If so come work with us to shape the future of media at P&G.
At P&G, we believe that diverse experiences help build strong leaders. Mobility is a key component of many management careers, providing opportunities to grow through different assignments, locations, and business challenges. Candidates should be prepared to consider relocation opportunities throughout their career as business needs and development opportunities arise.
P&G now has over 150 media roles in North America and that number is continuing to grow. P&G invented the concept of branding and data-driven brand management and is now connecting and extending that through to media with the establishment of in-house media teams embedded within this organization.
Working in media at P&G means being more than just an expert media planner or buyer, it means designing, influencing, and implementing media decisions that are directly in service of business goals. We leverage the best people and capabilities in marketing, analytics and purchasing and connect those with media planning and buying experts to maximize outcomes. We answer questions like: How do we reach as many relevant consumers as possible as effectively as possible at the best cost? Where are consumers spending their time with media today? Are these environments where we can deliver our crucial messages to them? How can we help move consumers through the path to purchase from awareness to consideration to purchase? How can influence media suppliers to develop the capabilities we need? How can we partner with internal brand and communications and external agency partners to make sure we have creative that meets consumer expectations and best marries the creative ideas with media placements?
As a Media intern at P&G you will be an immediate contributor to our in-house media teams and gain hands on experience. You will have the opportunity to both explore media as a career and gain exposure to how our business works.
