🚀 We're at a key inflection point in our growth, and our marketing engine is scaling fast. We're looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to be the hands-on builder behind our campaigns. This is the person who turns marketing ideas into flawlessly executed programs in Marketo and Salesforce. This is a high-impact role for someone early in their marketing ops career who wants to own real systems, ship constantly, and grow into a deep automation expert on a small, fast-moving team.
In this role, you'll join a lean Marketing Operations function and work side by side with our senior MOps lead, taking ownership of the day-to-day campaign build and QA work that keeps our demand engine running. If you love the mechanics of marketing automation, sweat the details, and want to see the direct impact of your work on pipeline, this is the role for you!
Location: This is a remote based position with light travel required 3-4 times per year. Candidates based in the Central or Eastern Time Zones are preferred.
Build and launch marketing programs in Marketo end to end. This includes building emails, landing pages, forms, smart lists, nurture streams, and batch and trigger campaigns.
Manage our event and webinar operations, including Marketo ↔ 3rd Party integrations, registration and attendance sync, confirmation flows, and webhook-driven program steps
Keep our data clean: monitor and maintain data quality and hygiene across Marketo and Salesforce, and troubleshoot sync issues between the two
Support lead lifecycle and routing operations and help refine alerting so the right owner is notified at the right time.
Run our campaign intake and delivery process through Jira: take in requests, keep trackers and launch checklists current, and communicate status back to stakeholders
Build and maintain reporting on campaign performance and surface insights and optimization recommendations
Maintain reusable templates and documented processes that make the whole team faster and more accurate
1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or a similar B2B marketing role
Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred)
Working familiarity with Salesforce. Comfortable building campaigns, reporting, and an understanding of how leads and data flow between MAP and CRM
Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of getting the mechanics right
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A data-driven, process-oriented mindset. You like measuring what you ship and improving it
Clear, proactive communicator who can partner across demand gen, events, content, and sales
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; you're excited to learn quickly and take ownership
Experience as a Marketo Administrator in a prior role
Experience building reports and working with marketing data
Comfortability using AI tools to automate manual tasks and move faster
Experience marketing to technical audiences (developer tools, data, or infrastructure)
The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000–$95,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer will depend on experience, skills, and location.
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage at little to no cost to you, plus competitive rates for your family, and disability and life insurance
Unlimited PTO that you're actually encouraged to use, plus an annual wellness day
Generous parental leave and return policy
Equity in a fast-growing company
Remote-first culture with offices in NYC and major cities when you want them
Professional development support and access to wellness programs
