Marketing Activation Senior Manager

Job Description

Join the Brand That Never Fits In

We built our roots on nonconformity, and we’ve never apologized for it. Now we’re looking for a creative mind who wants to push the envelope, break the playbook, and paint the U.S. orange with campaigns people can’t forget.

At SIXT, you’ll have real creative freedom, work for a brand with a point of view, and have the chance to leave your mark on the country in our signature color.

As Marketing Activation Senior Manager, you’ll turn that ambition into U.S. campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that build customer engagement and loyalty while driving direct bookings and revenue. You’ll connect SIXT’s global marketing strategy with what resonates in the U.S., leading initiatives across brand, growth, loyalty, and our flagship U.S. sports partnership. We’re looking for someone who can champion a bold idea, bring people with them, and execute it all the way through measurable results.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Make the Partnership Matter Turn our flagship U.S. sports partnership into moments fans want to be part of. Use media, social, events, hospitality, ticketing, and brand integrations to create more than another logo on a screen
• Bring Big Ideas to Life Lead campaigns from the first spark through launch. Shape the message, challenge the creative, rally the right people, and handle the details that make the work happen.
• Paint the U.S. Orange Take global brand priorities and make them impossible to ignore in the U.S. Build campaigns, launches, and local experiences that attract customers and drive direct bookings
• Find Your Creative Co-Conspirators Build a network of agencies and freelancers across key markets who bring fresh ideas, understand culture, and can deliver at speed
• Prove It Worked Define what success looks like, track performance across brand, acquisition, loyalty, bookings, and revenue, and use the results to make the next idea even better

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You’ve Made Things Happen You bring 5–7+ years of experience in brand, sponsorship, partnership, experiential, field, or integrated marketing, with work you’re excited to show and results you can explain
• You Have a Point of View You know the difference between a bold idea and noise. You’re willing to challenge the safe option and can make a convincing case for something unexpected
• You Know How to Activate You’ve turned sponsorship or partnership rights into campaigns across channels, creating experiences people engage with and outcomes the business can measure
• You Can Get It Done You’re as comfortable pitching the idea as you are managing creative development, budgets, timelines, approvals, agencies, and launch details
• You Bring People Along You can win support from U.S. and global stakeholders, work through competing opinions, and keep a strong idea intact as it moves toward launch
• You Know the Numbers You use performance data to sharpen your instincts, understand what moved customers, and make the next campaign work harder

WHAT WE OFFER

• Comprehensive Health Insurance Access medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, critical illness and hospital indemnity plans, pet insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan
• AI at Your Fingertips Get access to Claude by Anthropic and SIXTgpt, our own AI platform, from day one. Experiment, build your skills, and find new ways to move ideas forward
• Paid Time Off & Sick Leave Enjoy PTO, sick leave, and floating paid holidays
• Exclusive Employee Rentals Get special rental discounts for you and your immediate family
• Additional Perks Enjoy free parking, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities to grow your career
