It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.
About The Role
As a Market Service Owner based in our Leven office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across global markets. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively, and a collaborative attitude.

Your role will be central to understanding the unique needs of each market and ensuring these are met through effective planning and communication.
You’ll handle the full freight process, selecting the most appropriate services at the best value, while also handling pre-shipment requirements, PO creation, freight quoting, billing, and investigation. A proactive approach to resolving export-related issues and a strong understanding of market-specific products and requirements will be crucial.
Operating in a process-driven environment, you’ll bring a customer-first approach to service delivery, ensuring that we continue to meet high standards of performance and reliability across all our logistics operations.
