SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

As the Market Analysis Lead on the Starlink Enterprise team, you will own the analytical layer on top of our AI inbound routing agent. You will review and interpret Enterprise inbound demand at scale—not as a pure queue processor, but as a market and account strategist who finds patterns, surfaces expansion opportunity, and packages high-quality demand for direct sales and resellers. You will translate every inbound signal into clearer ICP guidance, smarter routing feedback, and more demand from the right accounts—so Channel Sales, Enterprise Sales, and our reseller network work the highest-value opportunities first.
