You’ll operate as a coach—developing your team, driving recruiting strategy and execution against ambitious growth goals, and directly supporting strategic and leadership-level searches when needed.
You’ll serve as the primary recruiting partner to Enterprise Sales leadership, using talent market insights, recruiting data, and a deep understanding of the business to advise leaders, anticipate hiring needs, and build scalable strategies for attracting and hiring exceptional sales talent.
At Datadog, we place value in our office culture—the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
