Job Title: Legal Technology Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
About Us:
We partner with law firms to streamline their operations through smart, tailored legal technology solutions. As experts in platforms like Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Neos and other legal CRMs, we help our clients modernize their case management processes and improve efficiency.
We’re deeply integrated with every firm we work with. We take the time to understand their systems like they’re our own — because they are. We don’t just solve individual problems. We build cohesive solutions that consider each firm’s full tech landscape and business goals. We offer boutique-level service for every client with the goal to always over-deliver.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Tech Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong legal background who also thrives in a tech-forward, problem-solving environment. You’ll work closely with clients to optimize their workflows, configure case management systems (CMS), and provide training and strategic guidance. You will manage clients on your own with the focus on building solutions that work best for their needs, out of the box thinking is critical for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
We’re a small but expert team passionate about making life easier for legal professionals through smart technology. You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy, challenging projects, and the opportunity to directly shape how our clients use legal tech to transform their business.
