Lead Talent Acquisition EMEA

About Pelico

Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor.

We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones.

Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started.

This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside.

What You’ll Do

Shape the talent strategy for EMEA

• Build our EMEA recruiting strategy from the ground up: the processes, playbooks, and operating rhythm that let us scale hiring with quality.

• Raise talent quality and density: define what great looks like for each role, coach hiring managers on how to spot and hire the right people, and track quality of hire.

• Partner with People leadership on a data-driven talent strategy, using funnel metrics and market insights to forecast needs and influence hiring decisions.

• Create our EMEA employer brand strategy, from job sites and career page to school partnerships and events, with a great candidate experience at every step.

Stay hands-on: recruit every day

• Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer acceptance, with a focus on tech roles and support on select business hires.

• Run creative, outbound-first sourcing and build talent pipelines before needs become urgent.

• Advise hiring managers on candidate profiles, interview design, and calibration.

Build a TA function powered by AI

• Embed AI across sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations, and keep testing new ways of working.

• Set up the tools and ATS (Ashby) that let the team scale.

Scale-up and agile mindset

• You’ve worked in a high-growth, fast-changing environment and love building from zero.

• You think like an owner, balancing speed with quality.

• You influence leaders with sound judgment and a genuine care for candidate experience.
