About the role
Leeds. Permanent. Lead Policy Analyst, Liquidity Policy. Join the Bank of England's Liquidity Policy Team and play a leading role in shaping the UK's prudential liquidity framework. Working on issues that directly affect firms, markets and financial stability, you will lead policy development, undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis, and contribute to senior decision-making. The role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in liquidity regulation, working with data, evidence and policy to address complex prudential issues. You will engage with colleagues across the Bank and external stakeholders, contributing to high-profile work on the future of the UK liquidity framework, implementation of international standards, and international policy discussions, including within the Basel framework. This is an excellent opportunity to influence policy outcomes, develop analytical capability and build a strong profile across the Bank and internationally.
