At Picnic, we’re growing fast, both in our logistics and in the complexity of our challenges. Whether you’re hiring operational leaders to keep our supply chain running smoothly, or sharp analytical minds to solve strategic challenges, as a Talent Partner at Picnic you’ll play a key role in building the teams that shape our future. This is not your average recruitment role. It’s dynamic, hands-on, and comes with serious ownership and impact.
Take ownership of the hiring process: from first outreach to final offer, you’ll run recruitment from start to finish.
Build strong relationships: work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and make strategic hiring decisions.
Find and attract the best talent: get creative with sourcing strategies and keep the pipeline flowing, even when things get tricky.
Think out of the box: launch new initiatives like traineeships, business courses or spotlight campaigns to bring hiring to life.
Create unforgettable candidate experiences: from the first chat to the final offer, make every step engaging and smooth.
Let data guide you: track what works, adjust where needed, and keep improving the way we hire.
Stay ahead of the curve: anticipate needs, adapt to shifting priorities, and be ready when new roles pop up.
🚀 Impact from day one: you’re not just sending offers; you’re literally shaping the future of Picnic.
🌎 International team: work with recruiters from all over the world based in NL, DE & FR.
🏡 Flat hierarchy: enjoy the freedom to test ideas, break stuff (in a good way), and actually make an impact.
📊 Data over gut feeling: we don’t just guess who’s a good hire - we use smart tools and insights to get it right
💡 Learn, grow, repeat: fast-paced, tons of support, and endless chances to level up your career
