About this opportunity

Welo Data is building a talent pipeline of PhD-level experts in Japan ahead of anticipated work with a major AI client. We're not filling a role that starts tomorrow — we're getting ahead of a project we expect to launch in the coming months, so we can move fast once it's confirmed. Joining now means you're first in line when the work opens up.

• Providing structured feedback that improves model quality

• Applying doctoral-level judgment to real-world, subject-specific tasks
