IT Recruiter/ Talent Sourcer

mcpk. is an international tech recruitment partner connecting top-tier IT talent from the EU and Ukraine with leading businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).

At mcpk., we focus on lasting success rather than quick wins. For our Talent Acquisition team, this means no "resume dumping" or running a mindless numbers game. Thanks to our deep market expertise and rigorous screening, we focus on precision - moving candidates forward only when we are confident in a 100% mutual match that lasts for years, not months.

As a Recruiter at mcpk., you can expect a true partnership from us. We don't micromanage. Instead, we give you complete ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, offering a supportive, bureaucracy-free environment where your expertise is trusted, and your impact is immediately visible.

Now, we are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a dedicated IT Recruiter / Talent Sourcer who shares this philosophy to grow with us.
