Who We Are:We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.
Overview:Our company is growing dynamically and is in a phase of transformation, where we are further developing structures, optimizing processes, and exploring new growth opportunities. To actively shape this change and drive our expansion, we are looking for a Strategy & Execution Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder, the Founders Associate, and various teams, taking on cross-departmental tasks and driving strategic initiatives forward. Your contribution will ensure that key projects are implemented efficiently and that our growth is built on a solid foundation.
Your Responsibilities:Independently planning and managing projects in collaboration with various departments, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.
Supporting various teams with core tasks and process optimization to increase efficiency.
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners, as well as preparing relevant reports and presentations.
Qualifications:We are not looking for perfect resumes, but for people who work independently, take responsibility, and are genuine team players.
You proactively tackle tasks, find solutions rather than problems, and can quickly adapt to new topics. At the same time, you value interaction with others, enjoy working cross-departmentally, and contribute ideas that propel the entire team forward.
If you are excited to get involved in a dynamic environment and truly make a difference, then you are exactly right for us!
