What if your internship could change the way HR works?
Imagine joining a global tech company where you don't just observe from the sidelines, but where you help shape the future of work.
At NXP, we are on a digital transformation journey. Every day, thousands of employees across the globe rely on HR processes for onboarding, payroll, employee changes, and much more. What if those processes could be smarter, faster, and more automated? That's where you come in. We're looking for a curious and ambitious intern who gets excited about technology, AI, automation, and creating better employee experiences. Someone who sees a repetitive process and immediately thinks: "There has to be a smarter way to do this."
Your Challenge
As our People Operations Automation Intern, you'll help identify opportunities where technology can make HR processes more efficient and user-friendly. You'll be working at the intersection of HR, Technology, AI, and Process Improvement.
Think about questions like:
Together with HR professionals, you'll explore, design, test, and implement automation solutions that have a real impact on employees and HR teams.
What You'll Be Working On
Who Are You?
No need to know everything yet. A passion for technology and improvement is more important than having all the answers. This internship could potentially be suitable as a Graduation/Thesis Assignment.
Why NXP?
NXP powers the technology that makes connected cars safer, smart cities smarter, and devices more secure. But we're not only transforming the world around us. We're transforming the way we work. As an intern, you'll become part of a People Operations team that supports employees across Europe and works on large-scale transformation initiatives. Your ideas won't stay on a PowerPoint slide. You'll have the opportunity to turn them into reality.
What You'll Gain
And of course, there's more than work: Join one of the many social activities that are organized by and for employees in the Netherlands, such as our Christmas parties and International Walking Day. We have a YOUNG community that organizes a mix of social and professional events for our young professionals and an active Women in NXP.
Ready to automate the future of HR?
If you're excited about combining people, technology, AI, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now and help us build the next generation of HR at NXP.
