Who is our ideal Insights Storyteller?

You are highly internally motivated and want to be part of something that is bigger than yourself. You thrive being in front of people, presenting data in a manner that is captivating, commanding, and engaging. You thrive on working with people and know that trust is at the heart of building positive and productive relationships. You enjoy and are highly skillful at presenting. You have experience drawing insights from deep dives into qualitative and quantitative data, and you can present those insights in the form of a compelling story. You know your way around Excel and PowerPoint, have comfort working in a virtual environment and over web-based teleconferencing, and maintain the highest standards of excellence with data.

Past clients and colleagues might describe you as:

• Studious – You’re willing to spend time in the weeds of qualitative and quantitative data to discover patterns worthy of the client’s attention.
• Intellectually Curious – You have a positive and curious disposition that drives you to explore all avenues of data to derive meaningful conclusions.
• Disciplined – You can work independently and manage autonomy in your data analysis and schedule to meet deliverable deadlines.
• Collaborative – While you can work independently on your responsibilities, you easily collaborate with colleagues on strategy, idea generation, and feedback.
• Engaging Presenter and Facilitator – You present information in a way that is easy to digest and persuasive, with genuine care for what your audience needs from the session, and you skillfully facilitate brainstorming and conversation around what you present.
• Comfortable with Ambiguity – You adapt readily to shifting timelines, evolving research topics, and differing team dynamics across clients, without losing focus or momentum.
• Responsive – You respond to client needs with a sense of urgency and demonstrate excellent judgment with how, what, and when to respond.
