We are rapidly expanding our marketing organization across Digital Marketing, Creative, Social Media, Brand, Content Production, Public Relations, and Growth.

Influencer marketing plays an increasingly important role in how we build brand awareness, create authentic storytelling, and engage new audiences. We’re looking for someone who understands creator culture, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where trends, campaigns, and partnerships evolve quickly.

The Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of Seeking’s influencer and creator marketing initiatives, driving partnerships, managing campaigns, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our influencer marketing efforts.

This role will take full ownership of the influencer lifecycle, from sourcing and securing targeted creators to leading negotiations, managing relationships, executing campaigns, coordinating deliverables, and supporting influencer events. This includes overseeing paid and organic UGC initiatives, independently managing the negotiation process from initial outreach through contract execution, and collaborating with talent managers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and passionate about influencer marketing, creator culture, and social media trends. They must be able to take full ownership of initiatives from concept through execution, independently managing timelines, budgets, relationships, and deliverables to ensure successful campaign execution.

Why This Hire Matters

Influencer marketing is one of the most important and effective parts of our marketing strategy, offering an authentic way to connect with consumers and drive brand discovery. With the largest budget within the Marketing Department, this role plays a critical part in driving business growth and maximizing return on investment. This position will lead efforts to scale our influencer marketing program by building long-term creator partnerships, executing impactful campaigns, supporting experiential activations, and ensuring every partnership delivers measurable business value.

As a brand that operates in a sometimes controversial space, we need someone who is comfortable navigating public perceptions, understands the challenges and opportunities that come with marketing a polarizing brand, and can confidently identify, pitch, and secure creators who align with our positioning. The ideal candidate will approach these challenges strategically and creatively, turning potential barriers into opportunities for meaningful partnerships and brand growth.
