Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven sales professional to help organizations transform the way they design, build, and make. In this role, you will own the sales strategy and business results for a defined territory, partnering closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to drive growth and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

 You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers solve complex business challenges through Autodesk's industry-leading solutions while identifying new opportunities to expand adoption and long-term value.

Responsibilities

Drive Territory Growth:

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion
• Generate new business while maximizing existing customer relationships and recurring revenue streams
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities across your territory
• Consistently deliver against sales targets and business objectives

Build Customer & Partner Relationships:

• Establish trusted, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Autodesk sales teams and channel partners to identify opportunities and accelerate growth
• Lead customer conversations focused on business outcomes, digital transformation, and solution value
• Represent Autodesk at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements

Execute Strategic Sales Plans:

• Create and implement business plans tailored to target industries, customer segments, and market opportunities
• Develop compelling proposals that align Autodesk solutions with customer business goals and measurable outcomes
• Drive adoption and expansion of Autodesk products across assigned accounts and territories
• Support partners in developing sales and marketing strategies that increase market awareness and demand generation

Forecast & Operational Excellence:

• Deliver accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and territory reporting
• Ensure opportunities and customer engagement activities are tracked through CRM tools and Autodesk sales methodologies
• Assist with contract negotiations and deal structuring to ensure compliance with business and revenue policies
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive innovation, and enhance overall sales effectiveness

Collaborate Across Autodesk:

• Partner with Marketing to support events, campaigns, and territory growth initiatives
• Leverage internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and customer success

Minimum Qualifications

• University Degree preferable
• 7+ years of experience in a related work environment
• Demonstrated field sales experience at an Enterprise software/SaaS organization
• Demonstrated experience in sales processes and selling methodologies
• Bilingual or Native Proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with indirect channel partners and reseller ecosystems
• Knowledge of industries served by Autodesk, including Construction, Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment, or Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC)

The Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Software, SaaS, or technology sales
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with consultative sales methodologies and complex solution selling
• Strong territory planning, pipeline development, and forecasting skills
• Ability to influence and build relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English
• Ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset
