Job description
Digital Integration Engineer focuses on designing and supporting implementation of the business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready integration solutions within a complex, multiple application, or product context. In this role you will partner with various product teams and stakeholders to design the integration solutions in line with the specific requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards. You will lead others to solve complex problems, maintain the vision and roadmap for multiple solutions, provide technical oversight to product teams, and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve existing solutions and manage technical debt. You will lead small to medium (S/M) initiatives, effectively prioritize with stakeholders, and maintain a "bigger picture" view of how various components align with the overall strategic goals. By conducting feasibility studies, evaluating integration solutions for scalability, optimizing performance, and ensuring strict compliance with security standards, your impact will directly influence the ways of working and technical decisions within your product area.

Job Responsibilities

Actively gives speeches and shares knowledge in internal events (e.g., CoP, Integration All Hands). Engages in the organization of knowledge-sharing events, and gets involved in initiatives or tasks reaching outside of the regular project scope. Conducts feasibility studies and evaluates potential integration solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Complexity / (Product Size): Operates at the product or site level, collaborating closely as an integration champion with multiple functions and products, making a direct impact on the technical decisions within those products and the ways of working of other product team members.
- Business / Technical ability: Possesses a deep understanding of the broader technical landscape beyond the specific component being worked on. Formulates and implements technical strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Develops and maintains comprehensive integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides. Monitors integration processes and implements improvements to optimize performance and efficiency while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
